Hello everyone!

Hopefully going to buy my first Cadillac tomorrow but I really do need your help so I know if this is THE ONE

INFO:

Type: 2012 CADILLAC CTS PERFORMANCE COLLECTION

Miles: 17,989

Price: $17,500 USD

My question are these:

1. Does my CarFax look normal? Does it look like it might be a lemon?
2. Am I paying too much?
3. What should I look for on the car to make sure it doesn't have the common problems?

Also ANY advice in general helps A LOT. If you notice anything or know anything off the top of your head!

it all looks good, price is in the right range.
AWD cars do have problems with drive shafts and transmission.

When I bought my RWD I got the 36 month 36K miles Bumper to Bumper warranty for $2,200. after 36,000 miles the Cadillac dealer has had to make $11,000 worth of repairs.

The GPS update was done in 2015 so it has 2014 info. Not much good in a place like Las Vegas that has grown and is still growing every day.

Just a negotiating point since $175 item. I use the Google maps on my phone and display on the touchscream. Has rerouted me around a problem several times. Am told that Wave is better..

Lol, well if you look for wave in your application store you will not find it... Also Waze is owned by Google now so it is tied to the Google Maps. If you wondered how Google Maps has traffic information... It originally came from Waze although it is possible Maps also tracks vehicle speeds now.

WHAT? you can display google map from your phone on the CTS's screen? How please tell?

I think mostly 'round here it is good hearted ribbing...looking at most threads here you ask a question and get one response to your actual question and fifteen that have nothing to do with your question...I think most of the regulars 'round here get along pretty good don't you???...:thumbsup:

I can appreciate your interpretation of the English language somewhat as you and my father are of the same generation, but "ZUJ 1" has me saying... WTF? (needs no explanation).
