This is one car that definitely won't sell at MSRP. Les Stanford Chevrolet has 15 people on their waiting list, and they're already saying "the deposit is $5000.00 and the price in relation to MSRP can not be promised"...

I'm glad this forum is relatively douche-bag free, compared to most forum links that are posted that I am forced to read. If we had as many stupid ass comments as say the corvette forum, for example, I probably would never read or post here.

F, I thought the "dirtbag" was the difference between a HD and Hoover? :) J/K!

When GM needs a little halo reinforcement they bring out 1000 hp Caddys such. No one in their right mind wants to $100,000 Cheby!

Uh, 1990 ZR1 Corvettes brought $100,000. What's that in today's Dollars?

The new Ford Gt was bringing in excess of $200,000, there are stories of $400,000+.

There is an Ass for every seat! :bouncy:

..or 30K for a Pontiac!...uhmm...errr...aahhh, nevermind :D

OT: BTW, I did manage to got 16K out of my stock runflats, even with those 200 minutes of track time. (Yes this is a 'toldyaso'.)

16K out of F1s?! That was probably enough time to through two diffs. Unless you were driving like a Grandpa, Chris! :)

For $70K, but not $100K. Or just take a C6 to Mallett where the name will hold $.70 on the dollar. Just not a fan of the late Corvettes.

"Oh My God Becky! Blue Devil's a$$ is just so out there. It is soooooo biggggg!" If the Blue Devil comes out as a 2008, that gives me enough time to pay off the V. However, I need to stop buying $5000 modifications for it.:lildevil:

After buying the V, I've learned how much more I paid to buy it new. I'm better off buying it used with a few hundred miles. I lost at least $10k as soon as I signed the paperwork. I won't be buying a GM sports car new anymore. How much do you guys think the Blue Devil will go for used with a few hundered or thousand miles on autotrader?

I don't think there was the competition that the Vette has now. Back then, and prior the Vette was still King. And for $70K it can be again.
