My Nav screen died. Is there a direct replacement or does the entire unit need to be replaced-? On E-Bay they show a unit that has the screen, CD, Nav CD and all of the controls as 1 unit, held in by 4 screws. Hopefully that is all I need to replace, because the entire radio unit is around $2,500.00. Thanx for any info!

They are on eBay. Just make sure to match up the model number. There are several versions that look the same. Don't trust the seller.

Also, if it's used, you will need a proof of purchase to take to the dealer and they will have to reset the theft prevention feature to make it work.

This may sound too easy, but have you tried resetting the unit? I've had mine not come on before, and resetting it did the trick.
