Was looking around for N* performance stuff when I saw this:

http://www.v8mr2.com/

The guy took a Northstar V8 and a giant shoehorn and crammed it into a Toyota MR2. The shot of the back or the car with the engine there is just priceless.

Not a new page, maybe posted here before, but I thought it was worth a chuckle :)

Some people love to play Dr. Frankenstein. I saw a minivan stuffed with a corvette engine (LT1 I think) a few years back online. Why bother?

It used to be a popular conversion to put one in a Pontiac Fiero (I kinda thought that'd be cool too ;) )

I once put a Buick 215cid alum V8 (Rover 3000) in a Lotus Europa!

There are a lot of conversions out there. My other car is a Triumph TR6. British car enthusiasts gravitate to one of three general persuasions. The OEM's (some are extreme); the improve but keep it real'ers and the sky is the limit crowd. Roadsters rock!

How's the N* compare to a small-block (Chevy 350 or Ford 302); torque/weight? Modded?

I had a 425HP 396 in the back seat of a '66 Corvair. It went like stink and cornered so hard you could feel your guts slosh.
