Cadillac.com will now let you build a 2023 CT4V, CT5V and V Blackwings.

Also, my dealer told me that their Cadillac rep said the issues with production were solved and they are going to have allocations for dealerships starting next week.

I plan on ordering a black on Sky Cool Gray manual.

I received a call yesterday, my order has been allocated at the factory and has production scheduled for 10 Oct. and should have a VIN # within 2 weeks. Depending on transportation, hope to see it by the end of Nov.

I am in the Washington DC area. I built it out with the 10 speed auto, and pretty much everything else EXCEPT the carbon fiber packages. color Rift metallic, leather seat package, sunroof, tech package and the track data recorder. Got the red calipers and 18" stock wheels

I hope your estimated delivery comes to fruition but I'm afraid it's a bit optimistic. My order was accepted on August 6th. I was told the car would be built early the following week. It was actually built mid September. It's currently 4D00 MP which is "on hold" whatever that means? I'm thinking I'll be lucky to get it by the end of November and I'm a full two months ahead of you in the process. I don't mean to be a dick. I'm just sharing information with you. I hope I'm wrong but be prepared for a long frustrating wait.

Thanks, no offense taken. I was surprised when I got the call. Placed the deposit on 5 Sept. and was told it could be 6-9 months, maybe a year before delivery. Really wanted to bank some money before it arrived, but we will just wait.

I did order a manual but other than that pretty basic. Argent Silver Metallic with mid level performance seats and graphite wheels. That's it. Supposed to be my daily driver. I have a couple of other nice cars. I was planning to drive it year round but since decided to buy a Ford Ranger for winter duty.

I didn't see a 4D00 code but this is the 4B00 code;

Yes 4B00 bayed. 4D00 delayed. From what I gather delayed is more promising than bayed but we'll see how it pans out.

Turns out that isn't the case. Bayed is apparently better than delayed.

Big price increase. I speced a 23 just like my 22 which was $80,810 basically with all the options and the 23 is $86,360. Plus I got mine at $77,235.
