i think i have a serious electrical problem in my cadillac eldorado.... At first my brake lights wouldent work i got it fixed now this... when i turn on my hazard lights they dont flash.?? i have no idea whats going on.. Anybody got some ideas?

Check the fuse. The hazards have a separate flasher relay form the turn signals. If the switch is bad you need to replace the entire turn signal switch. It may be the connections at the switch or down the column.
