My Damn alarm...or not....

Yo, ive posted this question numerous times. This is the last time. Does ANYONE know how to turn on/off the alarm in a 95 seville with obd1? Please help me. For some reason, mine wont work. Se my other posts to see how i came to this conclusion. Thanks in advanced
