my 1st post transmission problems i think

wasup to everyone on the forum.

i bought a 2000 deville dhs from a frind for $1000 bucks off top when i bought the car i could tell it needed a tune up and other minor problems like a/c etc. but one thing really stood out about the car that bothered me and its the buck feelin i get when i take the car out of drive and put it in neutral or park. it only jerks real hard when i put the car from drive to park or neutral no other gear jerks like that i put the car on the hwy and it runs fine no missin gears are slipping thx to this forum i ran a diagnostic test on the car and recieved a million codes...i just wanna know what the problem is and is it worth keeping this car im gettin kinda dis couraged about the caddy although i love it. below i listed all my codes im not car saavy so i really dont know what half these codes mean .......also if i put the car in drive no jerk if the car is in drive an i shift to 1,2,3 no jerk it onlly when im already in drive and im goin to park neutral or reverse
