I just leased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 Luxury Premium USB. I have made a Music USB Flash Drive(PNY 64GB) I plugged it in and it dfid not recognize it. How can I fix this.
Two things; Trip said one, and that's all that may be needed. If it's still not working after lets say formatting to FAT32, then go to the audio page on CUE, look at the lower right where is says 'more' tap on it, then tap on your USB device and it should not be recognized...I'm assuming the method is the same as my '19 XTS.

Where so do have it plugged in at? Plug it into the port inside the center armrest console area. That's where I have mine plugged in and it works fine. It would not work plugged into the USB in the rear.

Besides the FAT32 format, NTFS and HFS are usually recognized so make sure you are using one of those formats. If it still is not recognized, try another brand. I had some issues some time ago with some Lexar models that wouldn't show up on the CUE screen yet older, no name drives would. SanDisk also worked well.
