Well, after 2.5 year with the ATS, I finally got a chance to drive a few miles with it (200.) First, I have to say that I have a bad back and driving my car (the Z4) or my wife's (the ATS) for more than a half-hour would bring on the ol' sciatic pain down my leg; and thus no long drives. But, my sciatic stuff seemed to be getting better, and that was the excuse to drive the ATS up to Disney to see my kids there. Anyway, drove between 70+ and 95 (once did hit 110) on the FL TP and the car averaged 31mph...most impressive, eh? And, no leg pain after after the somewhat less than 3 hour drive and not getting out to stretch-a very comfortable drive...and also very impressive.

yeah, I realized the same. my 3.6 would get an average of 30 mpg if I keep freeway only at 70mph. At 80mph, I would get about 28-29 mpg. As soon as I hit local road stop and go, it drops like a meteor :)
