If you have someone install it for you, it would probably cost around $150. I wouldn't install one if I were you, though. The fuel management and ignition systems that are on cars nowadays help tremendously with starting in winter. Where I live, winter temperatures get down to 20 to 30 degrees F below zero every winter, and I have no problems starting the car. Keeping your car in a garage helps a lot too, even if it isn't heated.
