Id like to know , if instead of dealing with trying to figure out why my air suspension is not working in the rear, can i do this? I had 2 guys call me and tell me to just use these shocks, and go put air in them, instead of trying to figure out if its the cadillac air bags, compressor, sensors, bla bla bla. He told me he would install them for 100 bucks, and the shocks should cost about 100 for the rear. Can this be done?

id like to first check the fuse or fuses, can someone tell me which fuse it is, i lost my instruction manual. Im not hearing the compressor come on in the rear or front,

Ok, firstly you want to check fuses or wirings to the compressor - if you know how to use a volt meter or a multimeter, check the voltages at the compressor power connector when you turn the key ON (it only gets power for a few seconds when the key is turned on from an OFF state so you probably gonna need someone to turn the key on). It is pure logic that if the compressor is not coming on there is no air going to the air shocks, etc. so it will eventually get lower or stay low. Worse case it just might be your compressor gone out but like I said it could be something so simple - even maybe a loose connector at the compressor, etc...
ALOT of times stuff does not appear as bad as they seem on these trucks - its what I discovered in the past few months of owning one and beware the stealership will try their best to make the most $$ out of you or even MOST mechanics as well...

they put it on a computer at the dealer, it says my mass air flow is bad, and i need 2 sensors in the front for stabilitrac, although they said they wont do the job because i had frame damage
