Maybe I'm over looking it? Can't seem to find the option to filter for only the STS-V forum.

Look to the right right of the blue "post new thread" button, and under the page index at the top of the table of contents. "Search this forum" is the button name, and it is gray colored in the gray section which is why you don't see it. Literally just above the STS-V classifieds section.
