First, Id add twin turbo or supercharger (Q45tt, I like it)...... Then maybe add some coilovers....... After that, Id tint the windows...... Id want this to look stock but be like a mega-sleeper!!

Inside Id have 3 tvs, PS2, DVD, etc..... Plus, about 1000 worth of sound equipment.......

Unlimited budget?

Hmmmmmm I would send the Allante to Chrfab and tell them to stuff all their goodies under the hood. That would include head work, twin turbos and some other goodies that add up to about 1200 HP. Then I would drive to Bucks County PA. and spank me a Spec-v but good, not that I can't do it now. JK Spec-v.

I think I would settle for just the head work. :)

LOL!!!
Don't worry, you have NO COMPETITION here from any Spec V.
As for mods to my car? A supercharger for sure, I wish I could afford one but there are SO MANY things that come before my car mods around here. :(

For my Fleetwood, I'd swap in a 529cid crate "Blackbird pro" Cad engine from Cad Company (formerly Cadillac Motorsports Division) for $9000, yes I know it's 9 times what I paid for my car. I'd put nitrous on it, since I might as well. Then a good system with dual 18s, 12s, and 8s for every bass note there is. Then I'd like to replace the vinyl top with all show quality chrome, and while I'm at it, make the whole car chrome, and the old chrome would be replaced with gold. Then the most important mod of all time:

I'd have the front seat be hinged so that with the push of a button, they would fold backwards into a giant bed. God I wish I had that option now.

Am I allowed to do my truck up here? Good.....Thanks! :D
For those of you that don't know, I have a '72 Chevy pickup.

I'll be somewhat realistic. ;)

Suspension and Brakes:
2.5"/4" suspension drop, 9" rear w/disc conversion. 'Vette style ralley wheels (8" front 10" rear) painted the stock, argent silver color with stainless rings and "disc style" center caps.

Interior:
Flaming River tilt column. AutoMeter Sport Comp gauges. A decent sound system with a two 10's behind the seat. Stock style bench seat covered in black leather, black wool carpet and Vintage Air to keep it cool on those long cruises.

Body and Paint:
Shaved door handles, side markers, emblems and trim. Under bed mounted Blazer/burb fuel tank w/hidden filler. Oak (red) bed floor w/stainless strips. Porsche Guards Red paint all over.

Engine and Drivetrain:
Balanced Cadillac 500 w/ported and polished heads, over size valves, Edelbrock intake and Performer 750 carb, MTS's MT10 cam and a TH-400. FlowMaster 40 series.

I better quit.....I just spent about $25k :D
Maybe I wasn't being all that realistic.

well since there isnt a buget.
I'd get a 59 eldo and lower it about an inch, put some nice 18x8 cragers on the front and 18x12s in the back, slightly tubbed with a 4link rear end. I'd have it painted that pearl white color with a black and white interior. Put a blanced 500 under the hood with a vortec supercharger so i can keep the stock hood and get it to put out about 1000hp. i'd get a great sound system but keep the stock radio in place and put the new Cd player under the dash. For the exust i'd make it so you cant hear a thing, untill you open the Y valves after each header(with a push of the button on the stock radio) and then you'll hear 500cid of supercharged power.
Thats my dream.

I wouldn't put anything less than an 800cfm carb on a 500. In fact if I were to put an 800cfm carb on a 500, it would be a tuned stock Rochester 4 barrel..

Black paint. Two 12"s in the trunk, four all around 6" x 9"s. Limo tint. HUGE blower. Fully rebuild high performance engine. Wheelie bars :bonkers: New interior. Purple shag carpet. Straight Headers coming out from behind the front tire. Did I mention owning a oil rig out in the ocean for my gas?

A properly tuned 750 on a stock/mild 500 will do very well on the street. As a matter of fact, a smaller carb will give you lots more throttle response (but less top end). If I planned to run more in the upper RPM range, I'd put a bigger carb on it and cam it a little more.

I think I said this before, but anyway: I want my car a metallic pink. A white ragtop. Everything that is chrome I want gold; the panels on the bottom, the bumper, everything. I want the interior a blinding white. A an awesome sound system. As for the windows, I don't think black would look good with a pink body. I'm thinking about that still. I want those emblems that light up. I want the "V"s under the emblems instead of the wreath. I like how the "V" looks better under it. I want a gold grill. Gold spoke rims with those caps (I don't know how to explain these). Heated seats in the back. I get so excited talking about this. I want to do this so badly. I'm sure there's more I haven't thought of. As for engine modifications, I know I'd like to do something. I don't know what I'm really talking about in that area.

hmmm...what would i do...

1. Tints all the way around with customized lettering that say Cadillac in cursive across the back window.
2. New rims from sprewell racing, probably 17's or 18s.
3. New system some serious base and a flip down dvd unit. It would have to have an MP3 player and a computer. Mobile technology to plug into the internet and access cadillacforums.com
4. radar descrambler built in behind the grill, laser detector...got damn new york staties!
5. more chrome
6. a customized licsense plate that says "baller" cuz you know I'd be ballin.
7. new high intensity headlights.
8. performance breaking system
10. a few mods on the motor...
11. redo the paint job and remove a few nicks here and there and I'd be set to go....

But whats dreaming going to do for me. plus I'd rather just buy a SL500.

Not you too!
Why do so many people want to do that to a Cadillac?! I see more ugly-ass Cadillacs because someone painted them pink or bright red, or some other un-Godly color. It's like what people used to do to VW Beetles in the 60's and 70's. What's up with that?

Sorry, lost it for a moment. Guess you can tell that's one of my pet peves(sp).

Have you ever seen the purple caddy in the movie True Romance. It actually looks great...but its a classic car not a newer model.
