I haven't heard from Barry in a while and my thoughts are with he and his bride. Join my in a toast to the health of @TheFlash at 8 pm tonight - in whatever time zone you live.
Can't really complain.wow you guys cant seem to kick the snow.....
Yup. Winter's been mild but, man, it's been a snowy bugger of a winter. We didn't get yesterday's dump but they're forecasting 10-15 more cms of wintry mix on Friday - should make for good skiing this weekend but I'm tired of it already. Can't really complain.
We've had a very mild winter thus far.

Really really really would like to get the CT5-V out of storage and get the summer wheels on the XT6. In the meantime, I'll enjoy the skiing just a little longer. You gotta love a sport where gravity does most of the work...
Yeah, it looked like a fair dump. I'm hoping that's it for youse - I probably will be traversing through NY state late next week and would rather not fight a storm...We ended up receiving about 15" of snow (like 3297.6cm) by the time it was over. Lost power for most of the evening due to a vehicle vs utility pole down the road so I sent the wife out for Chinese take-out while I drank bourbon with my brother. Thankfully both fireplaces have a battery backup feature to keep us toasty while the furnace was off.
Today it is bright & sunny and we'll be right around 50°F Thurs and Fri.
About a half foot more fell after I snapped that pic last night.Yeah, it looked like a fair dump. I'm hoping that's it for youse - I probably will be traversing through NY state late next week and would rather not fight a storm...
Low 50's today! The tranquil sound of running water is everywhere.after seeing all the snow you both got I'm no longer mad at the three times in as many weeks the National Weather Service threatened us here with large snow falls that never materialized...when retired, if I can't go out and run errands today, I guess I could try again tomorrow...God willing of course...

'Round these parts most folks are obviously convinced the safest approach to driving in really bad weather is to reduce the time spent in it - - by going faster!Low 50's today! The tranquil sound of running water is everywhere.
