Might go back to a regular CTS bumper. Might need fog brackets. V parts anyone?

So, during the winter, I spun out and caught a snow bank a little bit and cracked the bottom of my V bumper. I have had a hard time finding a decent priced replacement on Ebay. An esteemed member also brought up that my car looks better with a stock bumper. He MIGHT be right. :highfive:

Anyway, does anyone have an old set of stock CTS fog brackets that they could send me? Ill pay shipping! I may even be willing to trade V brackets for them or pay money......

Next, would anyone want to buy my V brackets and or V lower grill? If so, for how much? :bouncy: I think thats all that would be any good off the bumper. The actual bumper could probably be fixed but would be a PITA to ship.

Looking at my cracked/duct taped bumper is getting hella old.....

Thoughts?

who ever told you that must be crazy!!! And it must attract like craziness...as your CRAZY for thinking or wanting to do that....the money, fair reason not to....but other than that, you have LOST YOUR MIND!!

I do have a pristine CTS bumper though if interested

Still kicking this around. The grill is used but in good condition. I will post pics if I go through with this. If you dont mind how much ya thinkin?

Again, still kickin the idea around. I would like to get some sort of compensation out of it since the brackets usually cost $200+ since theres no way to get them without buying the fogs. I think I actually spent like 300 on them. If I get no offers and I go through with it anyway, they are yours since you got dibbs so far.

Its in damn near mint condition. My dealer did some work on my car and scratched the bumper....touched it up, looked like shit. Repeated this a few times, each time making it bigger and worse. They replaced the bumper with a new one. Less than 1 month later, I got my V bumper

The meet is the weekend of like August 28th I think. Once I renew my supporting membership, send me your number VIA PM again. Got a new phone and dont have it any more.

Looks like I will probably do it. Im watching one on Ebay so I will base my offer on that. :bouncy:

Nick, try to find a local CTS trying to do a V-bumper swap & just swap for his bumper.
Especially if the damage isn't too bad/costly to repair.

Not a chance of that happening. I have never seen a modded CTS in my town besides the basic bling bling setup.
