not any more problems than any other 43 year old car except parts are very costly. The 390 cuber was a good powerplant in it's day, but fuel mileage is poor and repair parts are costly. The body is prone to rust as with nearly any car from that era and body and interior parts are hard to find and also very expensive. The '62 is a great looking and driving car, but cost of ownership is high.
Its 43 years old and you are asking the question that one would ask the owner of a car a few years old. Check the condition of the car and make a decision. It survived this long...........................
