Since nobody has replied, I will give you a few tips. First of all, the factory service manual says to disconnect the MAF, and start car. It will use calculations instead of sensor to run the engine. If car runs better, your sensor is garbage. If there is no change, sensor is OK, and the problem is somewhere else. Bad TPS (throttle position sensor), poor connections at ECM (engine control module) beside the battery, misrouted and damaged harness, plugged intake or dirty air filter, water/oil/film in the intake (on sensor), vacuum leaks, PCV not functioning. Check IAC (idle air control) as any dirt or contamination or obstruction will affect this sensor.

Start with those and even try wiggling around the wire connections. Sometimes its just a loose connection.
