Manual to power passenger seat?

It's just killing me that our SRX has a manual passenger seat. Even our ford taurus has a power passenger seat. It doesn't look like the manual seat can be easily upgraded. I'm thinking that I'll just have to put up with it but does anyone know where I could get a passenger power seat for an 07? Are CTS seats interchangeable?
