I have an 07 STS4 with the magnetic suspension. The car has about 125K miles. I would like to swap out the magnetic shocks for conventional shocks with a softer ride, any suggestions?

Look into the Monroe catalog. Stay away from the remanufactured Arnott and Strutmasters stuff.

You may not be happy when you lose the performance of the MRC system.

I moved your thread from the SLS (China) forum to the correct later "STS" forum.

I would expect that FE3 also had stiffer springs. I believe the anti-roll bars may be the same though. They are different across V6/V8 and RWD/AWD but not FE1/FE3.

In touring mode, if you really think it rides too harshly, try running the tires at the factory 30/30 cold.
