Thanks for the updates. So where does that leave the May 2022 orders for 2023 AWD and RWD? If production of MY 2024 starts in Feb 2023, are those now all going to be 2024 MY? Will the 2023 pricing and features be honored?

23 AWD production starts end of year.
That seems not possible - at least that would be headed to customers. None of the May 2022 people have orders accepted or TPW's, and those are generally weeks out once they do get issued. And RWD's were supposed to be before AWD, so I don't understand the timing. Doesn't seem inline with reality, if Debuts are still being made in January and February as confirmed by TPW info.

Quite confused regarding the status of the May orders for the 2023's. Realize Cadillac hasn't shared with you or anyone - thanks for all your info!

Well who knows , it could turn out for the good. Cadillac could honor the May orders pricing with similarly equipped 2024 but with door handles better, HUD available etc. Since they may start as early as Feb folks could have 2024s in their driveway by March.

Yes the glass is half full 😋
I hear you, but nothing about this rollout gives me 'glass half full' confidence. More of - get your vaseline ready, because we're all about to get bent over by Cadillac. The orders we placed in May are starting to look like a mirage. The car itself I'm sure is great.

I would hazard a guess that all 2023 orders that are not specced with only the options that were available for Debut Editions are the ones that will be converted to 2024 orders (E.g.: 2023 AWD and 2023 orders with exterior colors other than Satin Steel or Black).

So if we have basically ordered a "DE" in May, we should get a 2023.
Yeah, I think that may be reality also. But it conflicts with the statement that they are starting AWD production in December this year.

I mean it could be true. They could be building AWD Satin grey Lyriqs that are basically DEs/RWDs with an extra motor... in limited numbers.
Definitely not a DE with a AWD powertrain and so many other option changes (though mostly deletes) for the AWD offering. But I have to think them building AWD's in December is old info. Or it is just like how they started Lyriq production in 'March' of this year 'ahead of schedule' - which meant nothing to actual people due to receive cars.
