Unless you received an allocation last week, you will not be receiving a 2023 AWD. So you will have to make some choice, when your dealer contacts you to switch to 2024 model in the coming days / weeks. Unless something changes - but that is what we understand as of now.
Not sure that your information is totally correct about allocation.

My dealer told me on the phone two months ago that the dealership had two Lyriqs allocated and mine was one of the two. Apparently the dealer has access to data that posters on this forum don't have access to review. My last face to face talk with the dealer was in early December and he suggested that I check back in two months.

I am in Australia now and won't get back until February 5th. I haven't recently received any emails from Cadillac or the dealer.

My order was 5/18 and I got notice that I will be switched to a 2024 AWD. A discussion is supposed to happen in Feb about the exact order.
Has anyone figured out how the AWD version range is only 1 mile less than the RWD?
My bet is on freeing up some of the battery reserved based on drive data from those paid owners.

That discussion is below. Overall consensus is it just a numbers game with not real EPA numbers, and mixing of wheel sizes in the figures. Will know more when EPA data is published.
