I have a 2016 CTS Luxury and the lower, under radiator air deflector was damaged by hitting a parking space curb. Several of the screws pulled out. I imagine others have also had this problem since the deflector is so low to the ground. Does anyone know what the real purpose of this deflector is? Would it make much difference if both the left and right deflectors were removed?

It may effect the Radiator Airflow.
