07 esv. So when i grab my steering wheel and shake it left and right or up and down it moves. Not just flexing but like its loose cuz i can feel a little thump to it. Like moving a wheel to find bad wheel bearing, my steering wheel is loose. Is that normal play? How do i dig into this thing to see if a bolt is loose?

I believe there is a TSB for the '00-'06 (and possibly later models) GM trucks where the lack of lubrication at the intermediate steering shaft causes a clunk in the steering. GM sells a kit to install and others have found simpler fixes and posted on YouTube to remedy the issue.
