Hi all,
I'm not exactly new here, I used to post frequently in the HT4100 section as I had an 83 Coupe DeVille (my son still drives it!). NOw I am looking to get back into a DeVille. I found an 02 for a very good price, if it is still there Monday I am going to look at it. I had to help my daughter move yesterday or I'd probably already own it! So any buying advice or ownership experiences to share?

The car is at a dealership. How exactly can I know?

Ask them to pull the service records. IF it was serviced at a GM dealer it will show in the records.

Used car due dilligence applies here. Ask for service records, coolant change being the most important. Make sure the A/C and heat are working, make sure the trans shifts smoothly and look on this forum for how to pull codes... There may be codes stored that can give you a window onto the car's past troubles...
