I am having a difficult time locating the clear tailights offered as a gm accessory. Are the euro lights plug and play if I find an online dealer? Also, does anyone have the part number for these? It would make my search a lot easier

Been covered many times.

The $350 accessory all red led tails were dced in 2006. Issues with chipped tops due to poor packing and low demand GM killed them.

The "black" chmsl is impossible to find without spending a fortune.

The export tails WILL work they are plug and play just like accessory, however they are red with amber turn and hazard.

Export shared the same red chmsl so no dice there.

Member TargetSTS can get you the export tails at a solid price, he is trust worthy. I got my SLS led reverse lamps from him without issue. Other members have bought the export tails from him as well.

Mine has the full accessory treatment... personally I hate the amber Exports as well as the red. I bought my 1st set from the dealer and dealt with a small chipped tip. Got a pristine set of tails for my fathers 07 and when someone rear ended him I ended up paying $850 for a set of USED tails off ebay.

Center high mount stop lamp aka 3rd brake light Yes. As I said it's long discontinued.

Extremely hard to find.

Good luck finding the CHMSL in the clear version ... took me about 3 years to find one used.

Lord she looks good with it, thanks for the insight, It sounds like I should stack my chips if I want even the trail lights.. To bad no aftermarket manufacturers picked up the slack

The export tail lights are available through any GM dealer as well (unlike the LED reverse lamp assemblies). You may get a better price from TargetSTS so I'd ask. The part numbers are:

LH - 25754023
RH - 25754022
