Everyone,

I won a 1987 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. The turn signal flasher is in need of replacement and would liekt o do it myself. However, I can determine how to access it. As a result of listening to the flasher, it appears to be behind a under the dash panel immediately to the right of the fuse box. This panel has two screws attaching it to the underside of the dash. If I remove these screws, the panel doesn't budge.

Are there more screws to remove? Does someone know a good do-it-yourself book which shows how to remove this panel?

Any help appreciated.

underneath your steering wheel up in the dash there's a bunch of wires that comes from the steering wheel down to the main ignition harness i found my flasher switch way up past the wiring, seemed very accessable from under the dashboard but not accessable by taking off the panels. u might have a different setup but give it a try.
