I gotta say that this car, and all the other similar Fords of late are UNGODLY UGLY!!!!
It really sucks because I USUALLY like what J. Mays comes up with. Lord knows I LOVE the new Mustangs.

For what it's worth, I would bet that the concept Mk IX is based off of the Tbird/baby Jag platform. Ford seems to have the idea that they can use this platform to re-invent themselves in all sorts of ways. As the owner of an original MK VII, I have to say the concept looks nice, but the real proof is in how it handles and performs. If Ford would put the 4.6L V-8 in it and tweak it for power, naturally aspirated, that would be a reason to at least try it, but ... it would have to perform much better than the Marauder I test drove last Fall ('02).
