I'm not finding the rubber cap for the intercooler fill quick connect fitting on any of the "usual suspects" online GM parts seller sites either.

For oddball little stuff that I can't seem to find online I always go hit up the dealer. The exploded parts diagrams on the computers at the parts counter at the dealer seem far more detailed and drill down to a piece part and basic nut and bolt hardware level that is more detailed than the mostly high level overall exploded parts diagrams found on the online parts seller sites like GM Parts Direct, etc.

Hopefully that cap is available by itself. If not, I'd measure the OD of the quick connect fitting and order a generic rubber cap that's a snug fit.

That's what I figured. Ouch. That's a $190 cap if you want an OEM one.

The intercooler quick connect appears to be either made by jiffy tite or is at least very similar to a jiffy tite dry break connector, wonder if jiffy tite makes a cap that will fit it.
