So several weeks ago I got in on the original group buy on the optional wheels that Luke from lindsay Cadillac had setup. Upon his reception of the wheels from GM I had them within 3 days. This is no small feat being I am in a different country. Being so happy I received them so fast, I did not actually open all the boxes, as I was waiting to have the wheels installed at the dealership being that they were warranting my GY F1's. When the dealership opened the boxes, they found 2 of the wheels were damaged. Clearly this was disappointing, and I thought I would have an issue traying to get replacements. I contacted Luke, and he immediately arranged to ship out 2 additional wheels, no questions asked. Even offered to cover any additional cost for customs or brokerage. His professionalism , and dedication to customer service throughout has been what really impressed me. Truly some of the best service I have ever received.

I just wanted to go on record and say that Luke from Lindsay Cadillac has single handedly renewed my faith in the dealership network. I highly recommend to everyone that if you need parts, Luke is your man! Kudos to Luke and Lindsay!

That is great to hear but at the same time VERY sad that 99% of dealers cannot/do not deliver the service that Lindsay does.

Lindsay ROCKS. Hope all of you Lindsay fans remember to throw some rep on those Lindsay guys. :thumbsup:

luke saved me the last shifter cuz WAY back when in a thread he started about a month ago i said i wanted one... he could have sold it... but he saved it

i forgot i had even made that post

My dealership is pretty good but they arent anything compared to the guys at Lindsay! If Im ever out that way I am buying all you guys lunch!

Do you need any IT guys to maintain your computer systems? LOL!!!

Lindsay (Luke, James Ewill) are the standard of excellence that GM should make every effort to replicate.
GM needs to give the Lindsay guys a big fat raise.
Perhaps we should write a collective letter to GM brass letting them know how much we appreciate Lindsay and how let down we are by every other dealership.
Lindsay is proof that the efforts of a few can make a huge difference.

Luke, Ewill, and james at Lindsay are the best and I couldn't imagine buying anything from any other dealer. Man, I sure wish I was closer.

Someone mentioned sending them to other dealers to train them. I think the dealers in the Bay Area of CA should be first, they need the most help.:banghead:

You guy's are the best and it's been great doing business with you. I look forward to working with you in the future.

The letter to GM Brass would be a good idea to at least let them know that they are doing a Great job!

I used to work up in Vallejo at Team Chevrolet for about 6 years. I tried to teach those guys some things about customer service but for the most part it fell on deaf ears.
The owner of that store is the nicest guy on the planet. I don't want to talk bad about them since I worked for them for so long, but the SM there is not nearly as good to work for as James is. ;)
I still know a few guys out there in the Bay Area, but not any that work in a Cad store. (even though Team now has the Cadi franchise up in Vallejo)
Most of the guys that were there when I left are gone now also.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the nice comments.
Especially the president of my fan club... RT. ;)
(it was so nice of you to stop by and say hello when you were in town, sorry I didn't have much time to visit)

Hey any and all cudo's you guys receive are for a reason. Its not empty praise, so you deserve them.

BTW, see ya next tuesday for that reverse sensor switch and a UUC shifter install.

Bill--I'll say it again; you are so much help to so many on this board and we really appreciate it. I was happy to meet you and James--and I fully realized that you were both working that day so I didn't want to take up too much of your time! It was a pleasure and I'm sorry I didn't get to meet Luke too.
