Remember to get satisfaction from just about any lemon law, you must have a significant problem that you took to the dealer X number of times in Y number of days and they could NOT solve it. Or the vehicle has to be substantially undrivable/unavailable to you for a some very high percentage of the time.
In my case, Cadillac and its local dealer were repeatedly unable to fixing a cruise control problem (actually, it's a defect on ALL SRX's). Soon after hiring a good lemon law attorney, Cadillac capitulated and sent a unexpectedly large settlement check! Remember that lemon law attorneys are state-specific. I used http://www.lemonlaw.com/.
What defect are you talking about? Can we also evoke it ?
