You probably need to replace the bulb receptacle as it was faulty. Also check for corrosion on connections.

Adding to G1 SRX's response, I suggest using a dap of dielectric grease to the bulb terminals where they plug into the socket

I imagine you are talking about the front turn signals. Those are also driving lamps and as the others said were very susceptible to overheating for some reason. The only answer is to replace the bulb and receptacle as they go faulty often. Some other people have replaced with LED but it requires reworking the circuit and is more involved.
