LED Tailight Issue

i stuck red LEDS in the tail lamps, and when i put them in the brake lights, for some reason, only when my headlights are turned on, the brake lights and third brake light stay on all the time. when i take the LEDS out of the brake and still leave them in the tails, the problem goes away. any ideas?

When i had to replace my stock bulbs, i threw some leds in and the thrid brake light stayed on all the time, we need to put resistors on the brake light ground cables to resolve this issue then we'll be good..
