My drivers seat in my 86 Fleetwood has a few cracks that haven't separated yet, but you know its coming. I want to be proactive here and stop it before it happens since the leather is in great condition except for these few cracks.

Is there any type of clear sealant I could put over the cracks to hold them together?

Any advice is appreciated!

I don't know a 'sealant' is what you want - but the best product for leather car in an automotive venue seems to be a product called "Leatherique" -

Your leather needs to be softened and conditioned, and then carefully watched. After all, it's had 20+ years of butts sliding across it... :)

Even 20 year old cows look pretty bad sometime...
