there is a fix for this now. just contact lindsay cadillac they will ship you the buttons and you replace them.Hi everyone. It has been very long time since I have been on this forum. There are probably a lot of new people on this board...
My lease is about to expire. It is almost time to say goodbye to my CTS. Overall, I was really happy with it. Other then state inspections, oil changes, and normal maintenance, my car was never in the shop. It was mechanically flawless.
However, I do have a concern. The paint on the buttons for my Nav system peeled away. When I spent a lot of time on this board, this was a pretty common problem that was frequently discussed.
How does Cadillac respond to this problem when you turn your car back in?
Anyone have any experience with this? My expectation is that this won't be an issue. I understand that I need to address some dents and dings, but I shouldn't be responsible for this issue.
