I started buying stuff for the CTS-V today.... Called Lindsay Caddy and ordered the following.

New badges cause mine faded.. Only the Grille one. Where is the best place for the rest of the badges?



New Suede Shift knob

UUC short throw shifter

Engine mounts / Trans mount / Diff / Shifter mounts with poly bushings

CTS center console - mine has a arm rest that wont stay up most switch to the CTS one anyway
like this but black...

As for the exhaust question - Im moving to Germany in Feb and I need an exhaust that will help performance but remain at or under 95 decibels...

And with CATS...

The only exhaust that MIGHT give you a couple of HPs would be a 3" B&B. If you leave OEM cats on, it might stay below that 95 db level (I'm not sure). Without the OEM cats, sound will increase.

GREAT set of mods you bought, btw. And that SWADE shift knob ...:cloud9:

tune


drive it and enjoy it for as long as possible.

I like your list, if this is in order though, i think i would do axles next, to ensure that you can fully enjoy all the other mods (and save any potential extra damage to the rear)

wasnt exactly in order.

Flywheel / clutch 1st
axles


then not sure...

Im wondering if its cheaper to get to 420hp N/A with exhaust /cam /cai / tune

or just get a supercharger and tune...?

im on the fence myself now with whether to throw a maggie on it or just cam it and then who knows... i DD this car so it has to drive perfect. maybe maggie and blower cam!
