I installed this splitter last night. I accidentally overtorqued one of the screws while attaching the passenger side piece and now I have to find another screw of the right size to complete securing that portion. Can anyone tell me the exact size of that screw so I can just go to the hardware store to replace it? The splitter is otherwise on tightly enough that it won't fly off at freeway speed.

This splitter sticks out further than the stock splitter and consequently feels a bit looser when you press on it. Feels very light, but quite solid, a quality piece.

The blue weave is pretty subtle from a distance and you have to have the right light to see the blue well. Overall, it's a nice effect on the car when you do notice it.

I'll have better pics during the day soon, but these are a good start, best possible in dark conditions. It looks great and I think I'll be keeping it.

Some daytime pics:

Early AM:

Later in the day, with more sun changes the color somewhat, kind of like OBM itself. The blue really pops in the sun, again, like OBM. Looks great!

Wow Bob, that really looks great! It doesn't appear to stick out much more than stock and blends beautifully with the OBM!!
Thanks. It's a bit spendy, but was worth the money for the look.

Why don't you plastidip the front grilles? Would have a nice contrast with it.
I've thought about it but I ultimately decided it was not the direction I wanted to go.

Why don't you take another screw and bring it to the hardware store?
Because that would just make too damn much sense, Jim. I figured someone would know specs for that from the service manual. I ended up doing just that, going to the hardware store with a screw, and guessing.

That compliments your OBM nicely.

I bought the venom one on a whim. Installed and immediately scraped the front of the right piece. There is simply no way for me to have these on my car - ever. Make me an offer.

They are beautiful though.

Sorry to read of the scrape. So far, I haven't scraped it yet. Thankfully, no where I drive on a regular basis presents a problem with scraping.

Those look awesome, love the blue! God, scraping them would drive me nuts!! Were they an easy install?
Easy install. Took me about 45 minutes simply because it took a lot of time to take off the clips, so much dust on them. Someone more accustomed to removing GM clips would take 10-15 minutes.

Until we move to a new home and I decide never to go anywhere in my car where there's a entrance ramp, I can never use those splitters.

I'm reprinting the stock splitters gloss black and reinstalling them.
