im planning on ordering kooks long tube headers with the catted y-pipe, any1 using them? I have a few concerns.

1) Am going to have any check engine light for blown o2 sensors?
2) Can I run a straight pipe back from the y-pipe or do i need a muffler?
3) What are the pros and cons if i run a single pipe back from the catted y-pipe then split it again for a dual exit exhaust?

FYI- i already purchase the diablo sport predetor and volant CAI

I, too am interested in doing the long tube headers from Kooks or Dynatech with the cat y pipe....was thinking of the Borla or Volant Cat back and Volant CAI. I was hoping someone who did this mod could comment on the performance and installation issues. Hope you get some comments.

Kooks or American Racing Headers (someone left Kooks and started ARH) are the best I have seen, they look much nicer than the Dynatech ones I saw. You will want to use a catback system like Corsa or B&B, if you want it to sound more mellow, this is what I am doing to my 09', Kooks headers and Corsa Touring, with Volant and Preditor
