The folks at Ken Batchelor, from the sales force, particularly Ernie Bajorek, to the service department crew, have been nothing short of fantastic. We've purchased our last two pre-owned Cadillacs from them (both with Ernie as our sales consultant). We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. He knows what we want, keeps his eyes peeled and lets us know when the perfect car is available. If you live in the San Antonio area and are in the market for a Cadillac, Saab or Hummer, call Ernie....he'll definitely treat you right. And the service department, from the expertise of your very own personal service rep, to the free loaner while your car is being worked on, to the actual quality of the work done, is second to none.

GOOD JOB KEN!

I can attest to the fact that the staff at Ken Batchelor is pretty good when it comes Cadillac dealerships overall. It shouldnt come as that big of a surprise though, as they are actually part of the corporate SEWELL enterprise based in Dallas.
