The problem with the CTS one is that the close out plate doesn't completely seal the filter, especially at the rear, so it's sucking hot underhood air. I'm sure the intake tube diameter is much larger for the LS6, too. I've personally dyno'ed the 3.2 version, and while it made the most power with the hood open (and fans blowing), in the real world I'd bet it's on par with the Volant, but much noisier.

I'd agree 100%. The only issue is the Lingenfelter piece does not address the TB2MAF pipe. Look around online, you can build a piece yourself to mate up to the CAI.
