Ok...so i take my car in again for the broken sail panel.
This is the third one that has broken. Well while im in the back seat showing him the broken panel i notice the entire ROOF piece loose and bouncing around near the rear window.
On to the RANT: made a complaing to Cadillac Customer Service
They RESEARCHED the matter (whatever that means), and came back that the dealer said SOMEONE is breking the panel brackets and that they aren't going to warranty them after this replacement. :banghead:
Someone tell me why that Service Manager should not get his ass kicked!:rant2:
