I ran a VIN to RPO and here it is. Just wanting some feedback as to what makes this car's package unique. I noticed it says 1SG, which seems to be all the hype around here?

I'm also curious as to what is the sport suspension it claims to have? How is this different from the regular suspension?

I just blew the headgasket on a 2003 Deville LD8 with 290,000 KM. This STS has 100,000 KM. Any tips for not blowing a headgasket on this? How prone is this generation of Northstars to a blown headgasket?

Also, does this car need occassional full throttle to blow out carbon despoits out of the engine? Is there a similar WOT Procedure for this gen of N*? Thanks guys!

This gen of the N* is just fine.

They might as well be different motors.

No extra WOT applications are required. You'll probably do it once a week, anyway. :yup:

I installed the Corsa Axle Back Exhaust two weeks ago. A lot more fun to drive now. Sounds fantastic. I'm not sure if I will change the CAI, unless
there are some definite gains. I like the sound just the way it is now.

Has anyone here chipped their STS4 AWD? I thinking of just going for an engine tune, and not the tranny. I don't want to risk a tranny on my
daily driver.

Any tips for launching this thing at the track?
