Hey y'all my name is Edward proud owner of 2003 Cadillac CTS color copper sun so let me tell you guys my problem cause that's what your here for right to help and to help others so I change my water pump and my car now sounds like a diesel need help thanks

Welcome to the forums! Looks as though one of the moderators has already moved your thread into the correct CTS pages.

Welcome! Is that really all you did is change the water pump? I know the 2003 requires the intake to be loosened to get to the timing shroud and the pump is in the mix of timing components. I have a feeling the timing got knocked out somehow and you are off by a tooth or two.
