We bought an ATS the other day and I noticed a small area of the bottom right of the screen had some what looked like a crack but more a smear mark. The issue seems to be behind the screen not on the actual surface, it's very bizzare. Everything is still operable (touch screen even in that area) but it appears to be getting worse. Anyone see this before? Will Cadillac warranty this?

Don't worry...it absolutely will be under warranty. My CUE had uneven color on both halves of the screen when I first got it after a couple weeks; dealership replaced it with a brand new CUE ASAP. Pretty obvious as earlier poster pointed out, it's stress fractures.

p.s. Thanks for posting your problem here rather than the CUE forum. That forum has degenerated into nothing but a "hate CUE" and "hate my car" movement rather than a problem solving one....too bad.

Thanks, we also have an illuminated door handle out and for whatever reason the previous owner decided to take the downshift paddle shifter with them. Oh and the passenger heated seat isn't functioning (goes on but no heat). A bit of a laundry list, I'll take care of the paddle shifter but hope that Caddilac will warranty those items along with replace the CUE screen. I bought the car for my fiancé. We love it so far but not the most fun when you buy a newish car that needs some TLC. Car is so well done. I'm a CTS-V owner (2010 sedan) and a huge car guy. I need more performance and like the idea of the ATS-V more and more.
