Yes, it is. I have the same but because the car is out of warranty they will not replace it. The opinion of all the Cadillac Service Managers I have reached out to is, "This is not a safety issue."
If you are still under warranty, it might be worth having the glass replaced.
Mine looked like yours 3 years ago but it has gotten worse especially after moving from CT to CA.
