Right now (and remember with GM things should be taken with a grain of salt) 2009 is slated to be the last year of production.

After that, the BRX small crossover and CTS Wagon thing will share equal parts of the SRX market-share. Buick will be just slightly eroding the SRX market with the Enclave as well.

I'm hoping there will be a 10 SRX. (Boy, does that sound strange.) That's when I'll be getting my next new car.

My biggest concern about the SRX being canceled is that they won't put the money and effort into the 3.6L DI motor and 6 speed.
The SRX could end it's days with a 255hp while the Lambdas have 275 Hp.
Seems like a lost opportunity to me

To answer the original question, yes there will be an 09 SRX.
But............That will be the last year.

2010 will bring in the CTS wagon. The 08 CTS front end is awesome.
The roof line for the wagon will be similar to the Dodge Magnum (gangsta).
It will have a D pillar. It will have fender vents. If I tell you more I will have to kill you, or look for another job.
