Is there an o-ring or anything in the tps sensor???

I've got a slow leak in my RR tire. Checked for nails, nothing, so I tightened up the TPS sensor, I of course read the FAQ afterwards and read it's only supposed to be ~5ft/lbs...I was only using a 3/8 drive socket, but I'm pretty sure I put more than ~5ft/lbs on it, Kinda heard something move/creak (hopefully not crack) but eh, if that doesn't work is there an o-ring or anything in there that could be bad? or is it steel/steel....one more thing, I forget what they look like out, but if over tightened could you crack em??? Thanks guys.

Yes, there's an O-ring. Spray some window cleaner on it and see if it bubbles. If it does, there's your leak.
Make sure the valve stem is tight, I've seen a slow leak caused by that.
like tony said there is a replaceable grommet there and yes the sensor nut can be over tightend (very easily) causing the sensor to crack and leak.
Already sprayed soapy water on it, too slow of a leak to see...~2lbs in two days....well, hopefully I didn't overtighten it and break the fugin thing, If I didn't I'll bring it by the dealer and have em replace the o-ring....thanks guys.
All of the information provided in the above posts is correct. And, when the TPS gasket starts leaking, tightening it, even if it is not overtightened or damaged, frequently does not stop the leak. Replace the gasket. Also, the gasket should be replaced any time the TPS is removed and replaced, even if the old gasket looks OK.

They're BFG's but had them put on when I had un-chromed rims...then had another tire shop switch out the tires/tps to the chromed rims, and I didn't see them put new gaskets in there....the other three tires seem to be holding up fine...I'll pick up a new one and have the place by me slap it in real quick, the tps sensor it self is acting up anyways, it wouldn't set the normal way (air in/out tires) I had to have the dealer do it with the little TPS machine....and while driving the tire pres. doesn't change while the other three do, yet when I come to a stop it updates....who knows, I'll just buy a new one.
