Hi,i need to know if there is a "cabin air filter" for the 1995 Deville.If so ,where is it located?
I am getting a musty smell when i first turn on the air conditioner.Thanks for any information.

No filter. Most likely your evaporator has mildew on it. There should be a "CUT HERE TO SERVICE" outline on the top of the HVAC box on the passenger side I think. Cut that out and you should have access to the evaporator to clean it. You'll have to improvise to patch the hole. Beer can & RTV, duct tape, aluminum tape etc.

Good question. Anything that kills mildew I would guess. Be sure to flush it with water so you don't just trade odors.
