Is the V your "cool" car or is there something even more exciting/exotic hiding

in the garage?

For me, the V (I'm getting it tomorrow!!!) is going to be my daily driver. My garage queen/fun/track car is a NSX...

I'm interested in a thread about what interesting/exotic cars you have, so despite the temptation, please don't turn this into a CTS-V is better/faster/can jump higher than ____________.

Naiculnila has a very difficult choice, but I like his options.

Way exotic here - an Escalade ESV for a family truckster, and a Jag XJ8 for the wife's run-around car.

Always something fun moving in and out of this garage. For now, the V is my wife's daily driver and the favorite "toy of the moment" is an '02 BMW M Coupe with a Dinan Signature package and every mod known to man on it. If you want rare, they only built 640 M Coupes with the S54 motor in '01-'02 which makes the V look very high production by comparison! It is begging to go to the 'Ring but will never make it there! :( This is my track machine, the wife is a bit more aggressive and has a Spec Miata race car. :lildevil:

I drive the 04 V all summer fall sping winter as long as there is no ice... hence the 38,000 miles, and when there is snow its Escalade season for me (thats really my baby)... I love the V but I am looking to unload it and move up to an xlr...

I've got a 3.6L CTS. But my old man has a V. It's his daily non-truck driver. He's got a Ford F350 Harley Davidson for his other daily. His wknd fun car is either a completely stock Nissan 300zx tt, or his '69 GTO Judge with an LS1.

The V is my daily driver....for weekends I have an 03 Lotus Esprit turbo. If I'm feeling really racy I'll get out the 427 Cobra roadster or the 64 Thunderbolt(old school):bouncy: .

Dam my V is in the garage in Texas and currently in Wi at work. I drive a POS 93 mercury Topaz here for the snow and crappy weather. I use to have a 02 Z06 but wanted a V, so got that as my one weekend a month drive in Texas LOL

Here's my 740 hp weekend beater. And yes, I can read the sign. I just finished refueling, all 270 gallons worth.

The V is my "Cool Car". I drive it during summer and spring as long as I don't put no more than 1000 miles a month on it. During fall and winter, I'll take it out if it's not raining. Other than that, I have an 05' Denali and 05.5' Audi A4 the wife and I share. I guess if nobody can really verify it, I'll say I have a Bugatti Veyron in my garage too.:p

My "cool car" was an '04 Z06, but I love the V so much that I lost interest in the Z06 and sold it.

I also have one of the first 2005 Hemi Grand Cherokees to roll off the assembly line. Strangely, when it was new, the Jeep generated as much attention as the V. There is a huge Jeep contingent out there in the marketplace.

My weekend toy is an '02 Dodge Viper RT/10
Re: Is the V your "cool" car or is there something even more exciting/exotic hiding

The V is definitely our "cool" car in the garage - and the wife's d/d, but for "excitement" we have a Jeep Wrangler built for taking us places that would make the V pass out! I am relegated to a Grand Cherokee Overland for the daily grind to work and back (which is no slouch either!)

Peace.
Re: Is the V your "cool" car or is there something even more exciting/exotic hiding

My weekend toy is a 1981 SWF model. 5' 3" 105 lb w/ C size headlights. I would post a pic but she would quit running, lol! All of you would want to drive her if I posted a pic. No kidding....she is a beauty!
Re: Is the V your "cool" car or is there something even more exciting/exotic hiding

My other "toy" is a Z06 (maggied of course!).:D
Re: Is the V your "cool" car or is there something even more exciting/exotic hiding

Here is my weekend "toy"

It is a 1991 Corvette road race car. Shown here at an Autox last year during a shake-down run after the cage and safety build-up. Blew the stock motor so now building a ~500hp 355 EFI race motor. Should be a blast to drive on the track, weighs ~3Klbs. The V is the coolest street car and my daily driver. Nissan Armada gets family trips, camping, skiing, hauling and towing duty. Wife drives a Mazda Protege5 as her daily run-about. I sold a 2004 Z06 and replaced it with the V because I got tired of driving the SUV 80% of the time - now I drive it 25% which is much more like it. I need the 4-doors for kids, customers and colleuges (in outside sales) and to hold my bike which I bring with me ~3-4 days a week.
