Weatherman said it was supposed to start snowing last night, but woke up this morning to nothing.

Wife asked if we should put our Snow Plan in effect today (I take our trail-dog Wrangler to work, she takes my dd Grand Cherokee, and we leave the V in the garage) and I say "Nah, those idiots don't know what they're talking about". Wouldn't you know it, it start snowing like a SOB on the way in to work, and 3" later it's still coming down. Now the wifey gets to see how a V with 12k mile F1's handles the white stuff. Dang.

I actually think I'll just go pick her up and we'll get it home when it's a little safer. Doh! :bang2:

At least you don't have to worry about her driving in the snow as it won't move in that amount of snow with F1s. :D

Leave the V; pick her up.

:yup: Yeah, she takes it to work, but I get it evenings and weekends... sounds like a custody thing doesn't it?
Damn! I don't think I'd ever let anyone drive mine lol.

But like everyone else said, definately, don't risk it, if it's messy, go pick her up.

Since this is timely; here's the Up Nordt Joke of the Day

Minnesota Snow Emergency... Ja fer Schure!

Ole and Lena were sitting down to their usual cup of morning coffee listening to the weather report coming over the radio.

"There will be 3 to 5 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the odd numbered side of the streets."

Ole got up from his coffee and replies "Well, okay."

Two days later, again they both are sitting down with their cups of morning coffee and the weather forecast is,

"There will be 2 to 4 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the even numbered side of the streets."

Ole got up from his coffee and replies, "Well, okay."

Three days later, again they both are sitting down with their cups of coffee and the weather forecast is,

"There will be 6 to 8 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the..."

...and then the power went out and Ole didn't get the rest of the instructions.

He says to Lena, "What am I going to do now, Lena?"

Lena replies, "Aw, Ole, just leave the CTS-V in the garage."

:xgrin:
